  • Industry information such as USPS Postal Bulletins
  •  Useful links to industry sites, the SAP Service Marketplace, downloads, and SAP Customer Assurance
  •  Blogs written by SAP BusinessObjects product and support engineers, as well as customers like you!
  •  Forums where you can interact with other Postalsoft users and read what everyone else is discussing

WHERE is all this info? Check out the Postalsoft portal by copying and pasting this link into your browser: From that “home” page, you can easily find the wiki, blog, forum, and all the other good stuff by looking at the bottom of the page for links. Dig around — you’re sure to find something interesting.

Tip: The Postalsoft portal is just one area of the larger SAP Community Network. To make it easier to re-visit the Postalsoft portal, be sure to mark it as a favorite in your browser.

Tip #2: While you can poke around and read on the portal all you want without logging in, creating your own login is required if you want to contribute. We hope you will join us!

Tip #3: Be sure to sign up for RSS feeds so you are notified when new additions or conversations are posted.

Customer Assistance For The SAP Support Portal

Do you have customers in need of personal assistance navigating through the SAP Support Portal?

The Customer Insight team, part of the newly formed Customer Experience Team, now has a registration page on the support portal for customers to request their own personal demo.

Here is the direct link or you can access the page from the feedback page: After registering, the customer will be contacted directly by a member of the Customer Insight team within 24-48 business hours to set up a time that works for them.  The demo is tailored to fit each customer’s needs.

Just a reminder to you as resellers, to sign up for the RSS feeds if you have not done so already on the Postalsoft Forum and Postalsoft Blog. Even the Postalsoft Wiki. These are great pages to “learn” more about the software and to see what customers are asking. The Postalsoft Forum has a lot of conversations going on about Mail.dat and TEM Testing for example, a great learning tool for all of us. Many of those forum posts are answered by our developers.

You do not need an S User ID or password to use these sites, you create your own login.

Remember, as we mentioned before, you can also contribute to the forums or blogs they are open to all. You cannot go out there and advertise for your company, but if you create a business card on the SAP Community Network, and start blogging or using the forum, it gets your name out there. The forum can be used to ask questions, SAP staff answers or other customers answer. Have you been to MTAC or any postal show lately? If so, write a blog. Both the forum and blogs are moderated by SAP.

Remind your customers to mark these links as favorites and sign up for the RSS feeds so when new forum or blog posts are created they are notified.

If you have any questions, let us know.
